Don't feel bad I downloaded the upgrade to G 3.5 and have not been able to run it since. Every time I try to run it it crashes my system and had to reinstall window just so I could get the computer to reboot. I am going to contact them and tell them I want to return the sym where I can not get it to run and it trashed my computer. I am using my laptop now because my desktop computer is a basket case...
