Some have found that running this pump on 6.0 or even 4.8 V will not decrease the fill time much (measured fill time doesn't appear linear to voltage), but it avoids bulging tanks; decreasing the likelihood of a split in moulded tanks later on in the jet's life. 7.2 V is an absolute max for our application...
