Default RE: OS 200 price at Tower...

As for the OS 200 FI, the ordinary OS200 with the Hatori exhaust put out power only to the vincinity of a YS140 limited, not even up to the 140 Dingo level... My feeling is that if OS would drop the FI system, and instead put in the supercharge and the direct injection system (aka everything on the backend of the FI engine) on the regular 200, it should become a comparable performance engine to the YS Dingo, also price would not be as high as the current FI. I mentioned this idea to OS people, but they seems not interested....

Back to the OS 200 FI, the problem that I face using this engine now is the engine mount. The back end of the engine is quite bulky, and it does not fit most engine mounts available now. Also, I worry about the longevity of the sensors on the OS200, eventhough now they did away with the exhaust tempreature sensor, but still I wonder whether those tiny sensor/solenoid valve inside the engine could take the vibration of the engine. I did not have much luck with the 140 FI...

YS 170, I had 30 pcs on order long time ago, and after months of waiting finally I have 6 pcs coming hopefully this week... and they have all been spoken for... They are not cheap, YS increased price, and I had to pay premium to my supplier to get them...
