It's not the TX....yet.
I haven't even got to the stage where I need to power the TX up in the bind process.

I'm in the 1st step of the bind process. With the bind plug in the top battery slot. No orange light comes on when I plug the "new" battery into the "new" 4 in 1.
Just flashes red & green on the opposite side.

I've waited for it to turn orange... even up to 10 minutes...no orange light.
