I think I am going to try the Hanger 9 Pulse XT(Has good reviews...and I believe I remember seeing one at my LHS--will check tomorrow). I will be attempting to reinforce the landing gear area as soon as I get it. Would a piece of strong wood on the inside of the fuse as well as coating the fuse area with epoxy make an improvement?
I thank you guys for all of your help and the time taken to answer all of my questions.
One more question - whats the advantage to dual aileron servos other than the torque? What can I do with these?
ro347,
From the sound of things the Hangar 9 Pulse XT will fit you well. The only reason that I would coat the inside with thinned epoxy is for fuel proofing (which I recommend). Besides what Insanemoondoggie mentioned, the dual aileron servos will generally give better response and less slop since you have a shorter, direct linkage.
