Yeah, talk about non-spec angle...my last two crashes resulted in one of the main blades over one of the flybars. Luckily (knock on wood) nothing was broken or bent either crash.

K94max, it's a fine line between staying comfortable and pushing yourself to excel; too much on either side and you don't improve or you crash and get frustrated, respectively. As for trying to stay in the box while on the floor, I found it impossible. It kept on scooting to the 10 o'clock position. I just decided to push myself one day and get to hopping and never looked back.

Oh! Have you tried the servo links and/or flybar weights mods? If not, I highly recommend it. Tames the Axe down and allows to learn a lot and get your confidence up.
