In that transmitter you need to activate 'ailerators' or some other funny Futaba word for elevator/aileron mix. You then set the aileron/roll rates to 0% and the elevator/pitch rates to 100% on that screen. You now have each elevator servo on separate channels and can adjust with subtrim and atv.
