Thanks for the reply. I am already on 10% fuel. At idle I can see the fuel droplets coming out of the tune pipe with the smoke. At full throttle, there is smoke so it cannot be lean, but on throttle back the engine cuts off. I think it could also be leaks in the fuel lines, or leaks at the carb gasket.
