First, can anyone advise me what is the diameter of the Turbax 48 fan ?

I bought a plane that needs a Turbax 48 fan system with K&B 48 or OS46 DF engine:

Although these can still be attained from JHH, the price for a new combo (about 700$) is extremely high, compared to second hand units going for sale in new conditin for 200-300$.

There is one on RCU Market at the moment complete with engine and pipe for 265$, but i missed the train there.

If any one of you guys has one of these systems (or parts of) lying at home waiting for a new home, please let me know. Im sure many jet fans still have these at home not being used, and not going to be used.
