Got a servo problem in my Giles 202 140 (by TT)

Very nice plane, bought it for 3d. Put the WRONG servos in it for sure, HS-635's right across the board. Third flight on it EVER (same with the servos, only two weeks old) wnt in to a vertical climb and did a snap roll at the top and guess what? Right aileron servo stripped. It was the idler gear (the one in the middle). Does anyone know if the 625 or 645 metal gears fit in the 635 box? I don't want to buy all new servos, if I can swap to metal gears that would be awesome.

$16ea for metal gears, $36ea for 635's, hmm I guess I should have just spent the money on more suitable servos....
