No there isn't, the trailing / leading edges of the horiz stab / elevators is ~ 4mm thick. Same issues with the wings / ailerons, but maybe 5mm thick. When I assembled my Rare Bear, I opened up the various control surfaces and added hard balsa blocks for the Robart hinges.
