RE: BIG question
I've had my Duratrax Nitro Evader ST for a couple of years now and I've had no problems with it except for a broken A arm from a high speed colision with the tire of my pickup and another broken A arm when I didn't make a turn at the track and smacked straight into the wall. Both times were completely my fault. Oh I've also had to replace the nylon brake nut with an aluminum one because the nylon ones round off after a while, and my clutch spring broke the other day but that was easily fixed. I consider both of those normal wear though. The engine in my evader has been great, it's always easy to start and tune, and the performance is just incredible. My dad also has a Nitro Evader ST and has had no problems with it. We both got them as our first nitro vehicles and have been very happy with them.
I should mention that there is one thing I don't like about my Duratrax..... parts are not available to me locally. It seems all of the hobbyshops near me only carry stuff for Traxxas as well as some Losi and Associated stuff. Whenever I need a part I have to order it online, which can be quite irritating when you have to pay $4 shipping on a $2 brake nut and wait a week for it.
