No it doesn't include a spinner. Requires a 2 1/4" spinner. I mounted my engine sideways and did have to cut the cowl, but it looks good. Just do a good job. When I get the engine mounted I take a piece of paper and cut a hole just large enough to clear the rocker cover and tape it to the side of plane( be very carefull when taping, not on stripes), remove the eng to complete other assembly. Hold the cowl on and mark it with a pen. I use a dremel with a sanding drum( 1/4") to cut hole and remount eng when ready to fit cowl and sand eng hole to clear. Take it slow.
