Well, tx for reply but I did not describe it well. I understand what you described about the blade grips and shaking them. My question tho, is that if you have the flybar sitting parellel to ground and the blades are thus parallel i can barely touch a paddle and the entire assembly will tilt. (like a seesaw for example). the blades themselves are tight but the entire group will swivel. I know this is hard for me to explains clearly and for you to understand what I am asking (can't talk without my hands

Yes the entire thing will pivot. It is supposed to be that way. Once things get moving, centrifugal force will level it out and keep it level until you give a control input.
