Pongo.......did you check for CG of those blades too? maybe look at tracking also. Sounds like everything else is on the money. Finless Bob has a sweet video at helifreaks in the TREX SE build section on Blade Balancing 101. If I could do that on my CX2 blades also, I would..........it has taken all the guesswork out of my blade balancing. If you need the link......let me know
