Default RE: Brushless Top Speed 2

Ryan, in the manual it said to install the recovery pads if the boat was hooking in the corners. My boat will only hook if you make it by turning extremely sharp and let off the throttle so I left them off. Are the nitro guys putting them on anyways? I have not added any lead weights to the nose. I ran the boat again last night and looked more carefully at how the boat was sitting. My eyes aren't as good as they once were but it does seem to be running on the last 2-3in of hull at top speed. The boat seems to be floating or skiddering across the water with a very fine spray comming of the rear corners of the hull. I also had one blow over running on flat water with no wind and I don't no why. My son had his SuperVee out last night and the TS2 has a healthy top speed advantage over it. We are running the same M445 props and 2s2p E-Moli batteries. The SuperVee was runnig as dry as you can get it and still have some control. I don't have a GPS but I would say he was going mid 30s for sure and the TS2 was atleast 5mph faster. I just can't get over the way the TS2 turns compared to the mono.
