Default My CX2's Flight Problems

Ok, I am in Iraq, and i recently put together my Blade CX2 after breaking my first rotor blade set, I had a complete CNC Alluminum replacement for the heads, the inner shafts, the swashplate, all of it. So now ive put on my Alum. parts, and ever since I am having an IMPOSSIBLE time figuring out how to trim this thing for a good hover...

I have the Cyclic trimmed ALL the way forward and it still tends to drift back and is hard to control....

the throttle is plenty responsive, but it feels like the swashplate just isnt giving good input to the Cyclic commands (forward or side to side)

What i am wondering is, Did i put my Lower Rotor Head on in the wrong position? How can i tell where it SHOULD be??? Can anyone give me some advice etc? Even inside my little room it still drifts pretty hard and is very unstable...

PS

Also, I found the Bind Plug packet on the bottom of my floor today which must have gotten knocked down when everyone was opening mail, WTH is it for and where does it go? lol
