Edgar I don't think the jet that crashed with the P-80 was actually because the spool up times. That was really a pilot error from a beginner in turbines. The guy never get the feel of his turbine acceleratin respond neither in the ground or air. If adarsh get the time to know his turbine very well, he will not have any issues and will have a lot of fun with this combination. I agree with you that a faster spool up time is great and can help in dificult situations, but is not really the cause to crash a plane.
