let me try to retype this...

That is not an ESC, Electronic Speed Control.

It is a mechanical speed control.

If it came with the kit, it will most likely work alright with the boat.
I would hope the instructions came along through the generations also.
If I had to guess, I would imagine that all the motors are hooked up in
parallel, all the black wires together and all the red wires together.


As for that mechanical speed control, It looks lke there should be a wire coming from the bottom of the wiper, and wire coming from the top of the wiper. That is how it switches the polarity from the batteries to the motors.

I can't tell you which ones to hook into, because it is difficult to see the power input leads verses the output leads. And where the wires are being run and connected.
