OK I have a question / problem.
I used Koverall, then nitrate dope, then butyrate as the top coat.
My problem is the cured dope dissolves with alcohol.
It is not fuel proof.
Have I missed something ??
Does it require a clear topcoat, and if so how will this really help ?
I don't know.... I use nitrate dope, then butyrate and i have no problems.

Do you clean your plane off good after flying?

What percentage of nitro are you using?
