I am not really sure where you got the information about cold weather from? Your average temperature ranges from 47f -38f in February to 67f - 55f in July, or 8c - 3c to 20c - 13c respectively (Highs - Lows). I live in Chicago and during the spring and fall Ive run my boat in 3c before using 30%, your high today is suppose to be 61f or 16c and I would be running 50%.
