Default RE: Dean's plugs? Best batteries?

ORIGINAL: NitroNuisance

I have a bandit that has a XL-5 and the Titan 12 turn 550 motor that I installed, it came/w Xl-1/stinger. I also added stronger chassis and bulk-head, Nitro rustler axle carriers w/oversized bearings because I blew out like 10 sets of standard sized bearings. Anyways, I was wondering what the most powerfull batteries are I can use with this set-up? Also do dean's plugs really make any differance as far as power goes? Is there a better motor compatible w/XL-5?
Also own a T-maxx 2.5 Maxxed out, and DTX Maximum ST PRO slightly tweaked and freshly rebuilt.
Assuming you are talking about Nimh packs, the very best batteries would be matched IB4200s or the equivalnet EP packs. Both of these are noticeably better than a Tenergy pack and any unmatched, untested pack from a vendor who just slaps cells together and calls them a pack.
