RE: Cermark Spitfire
Well just about finished the plane just have a few odds and ends to finish up. On the retracts I had a problem with the wheels slamming shut into the wing. There is no adjustment on the valvle I received to slow down the retracts. A friend told me about using a wheel collar on the air hose to the wing to slow the air down which slows down the retraction. It worked pretty good. I ended up cutting more cowl than I like using the g 26. The carb sticks out on one side and you have the exhuast on the other. Other than that I love the way this plane looks. I still have to balance the plane. So I have not secured the battery pack yet. Has anyone flown theirs yet?
