is it true that if u use rally tires on street they will ware down really fast

another thing is that i will be rally ing it on a gravel trail and someone said that the gravel will jam the drive train and they said it was the belt or shaft and both have shaft will the gravel mess it up

sorry if this is in the same thread but most people who like D1 like WRC
