i have a 285 off a poulan that fits the mounts so i might try that one. i will be changing the port timing on this, i cant believe how restricted it is. what kind of rpm's should i shoot for? i was ball parking 9500 but the rod i stamped steel so i donno how tough it is.i am about 50/50 with people telling me to stay gas so i may have the two compared soon.
