Did you at least call and talk to them about it before spending the bucks?

What planes were they anyway?

I have always found them pretty easy to work with, many times a phone call with a followup email with pics is all that is needed........but, I have not had to do that in a while and things do change.

I replaced the Hanger 9 40 J-3 Cub Fuse yesterday and the PTS Mustang Fuse 5 weeks ago. It seems that they are getting sloppy with the tail sections with the covering... forcing people to re-cover there ARF's. I don't think we should be patching up new planes out of the box?

Plus the glue was very messy... it was like they put the glue every where but where it was needed on the Cub, but that was another issue that was easily corrected.

I love Hanger 9, it just seems that they don't care, all they want to do is push them out of the factory as of late. And I'm not good at covering planes with Ultra yet. [&o]
