Save your money don't buy from the guy in Canada. You didn't read this forums replys, judging by your questions. Lots of good advice in here if you look. I'll give you my advice, check the reply from ArrowNaugtic he has links to the upgrade list for CX2 heli's. Now I've tried all the products from Dynam Vortex and there good except the motors# VTX-018 these did not work. They produced little power and did not respond to my inputs. Use stock motors just keep them cool with a heat sink from E-Flight. Now the shafts both inner and outter and short flybar are fine. They do require some modification, the upper blade mounting post are too short and need trimming. I did this using a razor blade keep trimming until they engage properly and most importantly move freely. Next mod is the flybar, the upper link fits great this is the bar it's made for, but the lower doesn't fit it's too small use your factory lower link and if needed remove the threaded part that joins the 2 using a pair of needle nose pliers just don't damage the threads. These mods will help prevent blade strike when doing stuff you should'nt do with this heli. For your last question bphobbys.com seems to be the cheapest. I spent just over $25, but without the crappy motors it will be much less.[:@]
