no, i hevnt ordered from them, but i have heard that now maxamps lipos dont have the puffing problem and somthing else (i think now that they have copper tabs), they are pretty good, but i wouldnt want to waste that much cash on this hull....

jellybean, i would probably just use 12 nimh cells instead....you could use 12 cells with a 700SC and a jeti navy 600esc and still get around 25mph....maybe even faster....

you could also try united hobbies....but remember their shipping and customer sevice isnt the best, so i would be careful with them...you can find cheap feigao motors and esc's there....as well as lipo's....

basically all of their lipos have stock in the negatives right now, so i probably wouldnt buy any as they usually take a while to get back in stock....

if you used the 700sc and jeti navy esc i listed, you will be able to stay under the 140$ mark, but with the batts, you will probably be over that mark(also remember, if you do get the 700, make sure you get it w/ brush cooling)
