Default Help with triming of a BCPP

Hi all,

well, I got my BCPP yesterday in the mail. Nice bird. This is my first one, but I've flown rc planes for 14 or so years.

ok, I was able to setup the Gyro Gain and trim, the tracking of the main blades.

My question is how do you trim or setup the flybar correctly and the main rotor cyclic?

When doing a slow spin-up and getting light on the skids, the tail is solid (after spending 1 hour setting it up.. LOL) but the CP wants to go left and back.
What I dont understand is that the swash is perfectly straight. What do I need to do to correct this?

Is there videos or instructions with pics on how to set this up?

Thanks
