This is a Skyward .40 made by Picco for the Canadian Skyward company in Italy around late 70's. They also made a .60 version. In New in Box condition it is very collectible as they only produced them for a year or two. Extremely well made and powerful engines. Attractive as well. I collect .40s and this is one of my favorites! It is better than most current day engines!
