The Four Star kit is about as easy to build as kits can come and a great choice for a beginning aerobatic pilot. It's actually quite a capable airplane too. I just took someone up on a buddy box with one and it flew like a dream; I was even able to impress him by easily completing a square loop with one half rolls with it. It will slow to a crawl like a trainer without stalling if you let it.
