It is true if anyone tries to read it for the first time. But keep in mind, that this thread is almost 4 years old. It is exactly what you wrote list of experiments, results, failures and successes. If you want to jump to conclusion it can be specified in two sentences. The first (Ralphbf wrote it already):

You need 1 part 10/10 glow fuel and 2 parts gas, and a F glow plug with the adapter.

The reason for that is, that there are so many different 2-strokes available, and everyone is a little different as for all parameters, like size, compression, porting, carb size and type etc. There is no golden rule, that will apply to everyone. There is a starting point (First sentence) and open field for improvement for particular brand/size/type/year/model gas engine.
