I'm not sure how you would check an unbuilt fues but I might be willing to send mine back. The Stabilizer is mounted and I checked last night and with the wing at 0 degrees this fues actually has -1/2 degree of incidence in the tail. I took some pictures, but my camera is not all that great. You can't see it well enough in the pics but you can see my set up and the wing reads zero and the stab -1/2.
