Just calm down and remember we all have bad days/years and make mistakes. Take your time, talk with the veterans at the field this weekend. There may be someone who can show you how to do this in person. It really isn't hard once you know how.

Nothing against you or other newbies but I swear you guys look for the hard way sometimes. I work with wiring, electronics and crimping pins for a living. This makes it seem easy to me and maybe it isn't for a lot of you. I've probably crimped nearly 10,000 pins and other devices during my career.
