Ok Jarlin one more thing to look at is the grub screw on the side of the input shaft at the front diff. That screw is notorious for not being set on the flat of the pinion shaft and breaking free allowing the diff and pinion to spin inside the front input(identified in your manual on page 15 as GS043). Take that screw out and look thru the hole to see if it is aligned with the flat spot in the pinion shaft(the manual calls it the output shaft, I dont agree) if not than rotate until it does, add a drop of locktight and tighten grubscrew down as tight as you can get it without damaging the hex inside the screw.

Hope that is the problem, easier to fix.
