Eddie I checked with our people here at work and I was right the cost would be in the tens of thousands of dollars for doing the tooling and first one then the price goes way down as all production items do.
My goal for now is to only make one... Modelman
is making one wax part (for in Isobar kit.... he doesn't know
this yet) .. I have been talking to a Casting Company
today and the cost for one part is less than any BVM kit..

If production was to start... every thing changes...
Modelman explained to me how to make molds to make
many wax parts, and your right, things get expensive...

BTW... I double checked my thrust calculation using
a BVM fan I calculated around 9 lbs of thrust at
24000 absorbing 4.5 hp... This is fairly close to
the real thing.. (I think.. not sure) This does not take into
account its %80 efficient.

The amount of power available for the turbo fan
is around 22-28 hp... (16.4 - 20.0 KW) ...

That is a tremendous amount of power !!!
An 8 pound DA-150 piston only has 16.5 hp...

When this gizmo get bolted to that back of a
TJT-3000 (thanks Chris).... HOLD ON

All pics and video will be public, you can be right there
when it fails or becomes the Master Blaster.
