Default RE: Nitro planes P-82

Hay Vendetta,
I've the WM F-82...for four years and it's still flying. It's about as sweet a flying model twin made and very controlable with one engine out. I would suggest tossing out the fuel cells and double check all your hardware...I do this with all my ARF builds. Toss out the foam wheels, and balance the model very carefully. If you put large heavy engines in the nose...it will end up nose heavy and the model tends to build nose heavy as it is. I've had two Fox .50's to two hot .32's flying my F-82. I prefer the lighter...36's . Its stable, lands as sweet as the WM P-51 (.40~.46 size) and not a mean bone in its flight envelope. You will love the model and a good first fighter twin to get some stick time on.

This model has a huge presents in the air...and I would power it with two light .40's or any .32 to .40 engine.

Soft landings always,
Bobby of Maui
