I'd probably second the lt2100 if you don't want to go for the gy401. The benifit the g90 has over the gy240 is that it has remote gyro gain, but I don't think the axe has 6 channels, so I don't know if you would use that anyways.

The gy240 is probably over all a bit better quality than the g90, but I would still go with the lt2100. Most reviews I've read of it compare it pretty equally to the gy401 on electric models, and you can get it for about $100 shipped, and it only weighs like 11g I think
