Default Jet 1A Retracts in a Boomerang. How easy to fit?

For those who have fitted Jet-1A retracts and struts into a Boomerang, can you let me know how much work is involved in fitting these and how easy it is to make a decent job.

My concern is the position of the wheel well in relation to the "raked" strut once it is in the retract position.

I am cheesed off with constantly bending the wire legs on my very wet and muddy field, plus I have just put a P80 and a 2ltr tank in place of a Supersport and a 1.5ltr tank, so the increase in weight is playing havoc with the tiny wire legs and 2 inch wheels.

Many Thanks
