Default Right servo glitching

Bought a blade CX2 from Hobb-e-mart off of ebay because my LHS was out of stock. With came the documentation of testing and it said "Right servo glitches". The blade flew great the first time but the tail drift was substantial so I boosted the power to the motor to compensate for the left yaw as the manual described (about a 1/4 turn on the screw). Worked great, was able to fully compensate for alll drift with just a little trim, 3rd flight, it makes a sound as if one of the servos is constantly moving or pushing on something and flies erratic. I'm assuming this is the glitching they described.

#1 Why did it happen only on the 3rd flight?

#2 How do I fix this? What parts do I need to replace?

#3 How many servo's do I have? How do I locate the "right servo"?
