I tried a different plug and it lighted up, so the plug must have been dead. I had my dad help me tune my truck and he said it was running fine. But I will check the top of the piston to look at the fuel. But I think the reason that the glow plug was black due to me taking it out and emptying the fuel out of the engine. The excess gas might of stayed around the glow plug and just burnt up on it making it black.

Edit: I took pics but my pc wants me to format the stupid thing, so Ill just do it later on my other PC. But I really dont think that my truck is running lean, its almost all the way out, its almost flush with about a 1 or 2 mm gap with the copper ring around it.
