I am afraid so according to an email I got July 20th:

Hello Jet fliers,

ORC club decided not to have JOS #10 event this year(07)due to other events already scheduled in Atlanta and Lake Wales between now and December. We did not want to interfere with these events.

We plan to have JOS #10 May of next year. Date to be posted when finalized.
