Warbird_1, I painted the entire fuse and wing with the base colors with the HVLP. Once cured, I penciled in lines where the camo color will go. Next, I sprayed the large areas of camo with the HVLP and then wiped up the base color areas with thinner to remove any overspray. I then went back and used the airbrush to make the fine camo line, always pointing the airbrush TOWARDS the camo color, to keep overspray off the base color. Once all this cured, I lightly scuffed all areas with 500 paper and water, then clear coated the whole works. Take a look at my webpage for more painting pics.
