Point being that too many products now offered that may be easy to use and reliable, but second guess the direct circuitry of a simple system.

I myself use a lipo for my ecu and redundant 4800 mah fromeco's on my bandit arf- fly ALL day long without charging.

I am at completion on an BVM F100 and going with the K.I.S.S. approach (NiCad) for my servos/ rx system and Nimh on the ecu.
