I just usually take a small piece of ziptie cut to the depth of the screw hole and place it into the hole and then place the screw in it. This acts like an achor of sorts and will hold for quite some time. Another way is to place rubber cement into the stripped hole and then put the screw in place. That is less durable than the ziptie method in my experience.
