I gotta tell ya. The HBK is a tottaly different heli with this Tx. I image the DX6 is pretty close as well. But I think the DX7 is a better buy and you can get it is really onlyl $40-50 more then the DX6.

My all stock HBK2 was silky smooth (hovering) out of the box. My radio die shortly after though. I couldn't wait to see how much improvement w/ DX7. Did you use the stock servos or the combo's?
I was looking at DX6, Futaba 2.4G, DX7 (no servos) and DX7 full combo. At the end DX7 full combo won. Man! One radio system = 3 HBK2's (bare bone). How do Esky make $.
