Default RE: New CMP Cessna 182 .52 size

Hi guys, Just letting you all know that the Maiden of 182 went well.
First flight was prettt uneventful except had to feed about 7 clicks down trim to fly her level at 1/2 throttle. Stall was nose down, no left or right wing action (ps when it drops the nose it will pick up speed very quickly. As a friend said as he was watching" Looks like a brick just fell out of the sky". landing had a bounce and twisted/bend front LG.
Second flight added "Taped " 100g to the cowl, bent the gear into shape and took it up again. this time only required about 4 clicks down trim.
Landing again a little bounce but was able to hold the flare for 3 point landing
CG location was with 46ax / pitts muffler 1100mah battery under the tank and 200g strapped to the battery. 65-67mm from leading edge.
Will be adding an extra 200 g under the tank. so in total 500g strapped to the battery under the tank with 46ax/pitts muffler cg at 65-67mm.
I think I have figured out the cmpro dodggy Cg locations.
In my opinion, after testing they must messure the CG after they have a full tank of fuel.??
also with the nose LG I put a spring btween the mount and the bootom colar to give it some "suspension.
Dave
PS AUW is 3.8 kg
