2 ounces is not really much for wings this size. I wouldn't think that any of the manufacturers are weighing wood and checking densities before the stuff hits the cutter. The extra charge would be astronomical. Rather than peel covering, might it be easier to insert weight in holes drilled in the wing tip and just put a small patch over the holes?
