It means if flies OK, but Just OK - not outstandingly well.

Don't get me wrong - I like flying this plane but it does require 110% attention when flying it.
I like 3d'ing it, it does it well but it does need as much control movement as you can get.
If you try to slow it down too much on landing, it will drop like a brick. (As most planes do) so you must "fly it onto the ground".
