I have a brand new CMP Yak 54 1.40 sitting in it's box that I will tackle fairly soon.
There is no way the 1.08 will be enough for this plane.
There are plenty of threads on the CMP Yak 1.40 here, where people have gone with the largest recommended engine and found it NOT to be enough for this plane.
I originally purchased a 1.80 Magnum RFS 4 stroke for this plane, after reading the forums I've re-though this.
I'm sticking a BGX-1 on mine which SHOULD do the job. This engine should outdo a 30-35cc gasser.
Hi!
I have read al tthe threads, and understand that the 108 will be a dog.
50cc too mutch?
The OS160 FX kicks ass on this plane
